Too many points of views. I’m a bit disappointed but I’ll give the next one a try.

The author wrote it intending for it to be epic, it just wasn’t. The ending felt unfair, an ending just to add drama. The first 2 books were more focused. This one, the problem is that I was reading from the point of view of people I didn’t necessarily care about so the epic feel didn’t resonate. I think the story is fine, it’s just the way it was presented didn’t have maximum effect, at least for me. The first book focused on Arthur and I loved it. This one focused on Arthur too but the author tried to introduce too many points of views which left me confused.
