Not as good as book 1

This entry loses a lot of focus as more characters are added.

**Slight Spoilers**

Evolving the NPCs was a mistake. A lot of the AI interference is too imo. It makes restoring the world too easy. I think them struggling with how to keep the dying world alive and restarting the economy would have been incredibly compelling.

Instead, it’s analogous to them bitching on the forums and the game getting nerfed. Not a fan.
