I purchased book 1 without realizing how short it was (I try to avoid books under 8-9 hours) and enjoyed it. However, it was irritating that it was OBVIOUSLY a book that was split to make more money. I was in the middle of a project and didn’t feel like searching for another book, so I bought book 2 even though it was a scant 5.5 hrs. To add a further insult at least 30 minutes was a repeat of book ONE! I thought the author was pretty good (other than the flimsy excuse for the woman getting angry with the main character…. I can’t even remember their names), so looked at his other books. looks liked ALL of his “Books” and “Series” are short NOVELLA’ S. For this reason… This will be the last book i will purchase from this author….. and that’s unfortunate because I would have like to finish the series. I’m a firm believer that people do what they can get away with…. and I am not an ENABLER. I hope this series is bundled into full books at some point.
