So, they remade the stories with multiple voice actors and sound effects. My take?
Voices for Cal, Miz, narrator, and extras did good. Takes a bit getting used to after the original but you can get there.
Mech’s voice on the other hand… I miss Phil Thron’s version. like a lot. So much comedy in that voice…
Lauren’s voice actress have the strong impression that she was reading the part, not acting the part. One could claim that as a militant alien that she would have that sorry of speech pattern.. but i still hate it.
The music at times was too loud and nearly drowns out the narrator (minus the one point on the story when that makes sense). Same thing goes for SFX. The QC guy on the volume control board needs to get their fonking ears checked..
