Not a bad scifi series

I have to say listening to this series at a higher speed makes the narrator more tolerable.

Just a comment on the story line. These enemies where a fleeing fleet which went around conquering other worlds. They think they are superior and have tech and genetics on their side. A century or more.

They only came to this region of space and had little time.

So…. with all the deaths of their troops in combat, ship and ground warfare… WHERE ARE ALL THE TROOPS COMING FROM TO TAKE OVER A QUADRANT?

Once that starts going through your head. . It’s hard to stay with the storyline.
