I expect for some bad things to happen in an End of the World book to happen but this book is totally ridiculous. It made me so anxious that my stomach hurt. The characters do the most stupid things imaginable. Terrible things happen in every chapter. The story does not progress – just bad things keep happening. There is not one single characters that I like – not one. Olivia is probably the stupidest woman that ever lived. The so called “strong” men are incapable of making a good decision. The biker gang “treasure hunt” is totally over the top. I have one chapter left to go and I just don’t think I can stand to finish. This is a terrible book. The only thing good about it is the narrator, Kevin Pierce.
