This book gets to the meat right off the cuff. I really enjoyed the no-nonsense approach of this book. He covers every facet of running a business, how to structure, review processes, and run effective meetings. I talked to another business owner who said it has transformed his business completely. He uses all the forms and has made a huge difference in their work.
