Get past the terrible voice used for the MC, and the voice used for “Ted”.. and the story is pretty good. The world created isn’t deeply fleshed out. Much of it isn’t explained thoroughly or at all, and it left me wanting to know more. But, that’s a good thing right? The fighting system and “exp” leveling systems are much fresher than the usual classic litrpg stories. While these sytems were sometimes frustrating, seeming completely sporadic and random, I give points for not being typical. I felt the main character did feel mostly relatable, other than his family issues.. The occasional humor was appreciated and the pace of the story was an enjoyable steady jog.
