I picked this book and audiobook up not expecting much. A couple chapters in and I was a little bored with explaining all the game logistics and menus. But the narrator really does keep it as interesting as possible.
Then the book picks up speed and is a wild ride. Terrific. I have never read a litRPG and may never read another besides this series, but I just bought the other five books.
