mystery is very hard to write. I got the baddie pegged as soon as we met and the red herring was a nice surprise but didn’t last long enough. I hope you can do better next time 🙂 love the mage breakers – generally sword and sorcery is all about power and spells that suddenly do exactly what you want them to (JKR) so I like this series quite a bit
