I fell in love with this book the way I fell in love with Harry Pother as a nine year old reading the sorcerers stone for the first time. This series has offered me a much needed legal escape from the real world. Each book gets better than the last! For context I work as a barber in affluent Edmond Oklahoma and I recommend this series to everyone that will listen to me, an overworked and yet truthfully a lazy barber. The Author writes in a very down to earth way, he respects the reader as an intelligent human without throwing in a useless pompous word that interrupts the story flow because you had to go consult the goog about a fancy word. This is a true adventure offering you a familiar but also unfamiliar world, new friends, and some of the hardest laughs that somehow won’t be hard enough and just enough emotion that will crack even the hardest of manly shells. I believe that this story will be made into a tv series one day. The audio reader does a fantastic job, great voices, timing and sound effects. I can’t say enough good things about about this work. You won’t regret listening to or reading dungeon crawler Carl.
My only complaint is that book 7 isn’t out.
