my life as a Country album (my life as a country album book one) will tug at the heart. A poignant and exquisite coming of age novel of achy love and loss and learning to live through life in all its pain and glory. Tears will fall & tissues highly needed every time you listen to this lyric allegory as you will relisten as to keep Cam & Jake in your heart always. Cam & Jake’s love ballad is brimming with angst, agony, family, friendships, and love. I love that each chapter begins with a song title that represents that chapter. The writing style is apple pie. A narrative that is unparagoned & worthy of a writing reward as this novel goes above and beyond. No novel has ever came close to what I felt and still feel after listening to this beautiful ya love story.

my life as a Pop album (My life as an Album, volume 2) is told like a love ballad with lyrics sprinkled at the beginning of each chapter. With a hard follow-up to Cam and Jake’s story, Mia’s (Jake’s younger sister) romance is not your cookie cutter popstar romance. More than just a romance, a tale of self-reproach, forgiveness, making strides, and go all-out for your dreams. Mia’s character is very compelling as well as an exemplary heroine. I love that Jake may be gone but never forgotten. Supporting character’s span across and pop up as needed. A meritorious contemporary flirtatious romance. My Life as a Country Album began my love affair with this series, My life as a Pop album continues to tear at my heart and soul. Oodles of love for this story and series. The writing style is exhilarating and highly captivating, with a music series that is not your typical middle-of-the-road music star romance.

my life as a Rock album (My Life as an Album, Book 3) is the 3rd standalone novel in this series, told in dual pov. Where to begin, im inlove with series and the characters involved. I love the composition of the story and how it was laid out. Inspired by Bon Jovi songs, I absolutely love it. Hearing about Cam again and the the mention of Jake I just started weeping again. PJ Hensley and Seth Carmen’s lovestory is unforgettable and beautifully captivating. A blend of spellbinding ingredients to create a

Intoxicating listen.

my life as a Mixtape (My Life as an Album, Book 4) is the final book in this unforgettable series. I absolutely love how this author incorporates music in her writing. An award deserving series that captures your heart and soul and keeps a part of it with you forever. Lonnie and Wynn’s love story brings a dollop of angst, slathers of drama and a slice of humor. I loved the cameo appearances and the discussions of the characters in the previous books. I absolutely love the characters and their stories. This is one series that you need your tissue box next to you while listening. I absolutely loved the ending. I highly recommend listening to this entire series.

Narrator Sarah Puckett is the perfect choice to narrate this spellbinding series. Her performance is flawless and addictive. Her tone, pitch, and voice changes with changing characters. I could spend 24 hours a day listening to audiobooks she narrates. Sarah Puckett is the perfect leading lady. Her tone is intoxicating. Sarah Puckett’s southern accent is smooth & sweet, with a perfect pace and tone. Her male voice is impeccable. The melody was flawless and the whole performance was perfect. Sarah brings all the angst and heart to life.

Narrators Sarah Puckett, Neil Thorne made this story their own. Absolutely flawless performance, loved it. Neil is a new narrator to me and I absolutely loved his inflection.

Michael Norman Johnson performed well, I just didn’t love his inflection. His character portray of Lonnie was well played. An extremely entertaining listen.

The narrative as well as the narrator is a red-letter audiobook. One of my all time favourite audiobook series.

I highly recommend reading/listening to the entire series as it breaks your heart into pieces and puts it back together with this unforgettable read.
