If your are a LitRPG buff then get this series. This is an accusation of years of LitRPG’s setting the stage for a master peice. While taking homage to several great LitRPG’s through funny easter eggs throughout the book this novel has also created a great balance of LitRPG mechanics and writing. Audio production and acting is gold. Character growth is balanced as far as player power is concerned. game stats and townsending is not overdone with stat checking and still has a adequate presence to keep you in the game world mindset. It is fun and dangerous leaving you enjoying every character interactions and feeling the intensity of each battle. This is a must LitRPG to add to your collection.
The story has a unique turn of events to kick start it. leaving room for a gradual growth of characters and environment while it preludes to something bigger and epic down the line. In a way its transition in environment can be looked as starting from nothing (bare hands and primitive life style) and gradually building up to aliens and space tech.
cons: personal to my taste but land progression was a bit lazy.
