Oh man, this book was something really unique. Stories about Mimics are unique to begin with, and one that gains sentience and starts murbo-hobing is just off the rails. Oh, and one that has an adult oriented summons… Yeah.
The story never has a dull moment, and its always moving forward without filler. Boxxy T. Morningwood is an amazing MC, and the way it interacts with other characters is just a delight to hear, because its never quite what is expected. The author has a true gift to look at a normal everyday interaction and figure out how to change it into something unexpected but completely logical (in the context of the story).
The only thing I would change is maybe a different narrator, or several narrators as several of the character voices seemed way to similar to each other.
