Much better than I was expecting.

This was my first book(trilogy) from R.E. McDermott. I was not sure what to expect and was greatly surprised. The stories kept me enthralled the entire time. He transferred from one group to the other seamlessly.

My only complaint was the narrator. Don’t get me wrong…he did a great job but his voice range, as in speaking for the woman and differentiating from one male to another was at times confusing(but only for a second).

The story is a wake up call to the world and worth your time to read or listen to. I look forward to reading the authors other books and hope that he continues this series with another book.
