What made the experience of listening to Daddy 3.0: A Comedy of Errors the most enjoyable?
As a stay at home mom I do enjoy these stories of men trying to do what we do. He really started out pretty crummy, and made a lot of dumb or lazy choices but as the book went on it was fun to watch him grow and be a better dad and then want to be a better dad and husband. It was a sweet story with a lot of comedy with the kids and then the other mom’s in their building. I loved how he didn’t use their names but gave them names based on their personality types – the annoying Supermom, Goodheart, and Lion Tamer were just a few of the main ones. It was a interesting switch in the story when I started actually rooting for him to do better… in the beginning he started out with a bad attitude and was rather annoying and I honestly wasn’t sure I wanted to finish the book. I am glad I did. I do agree with one of the other reviewers that this would make a great movie.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It was more shock in some of his boneheaded choices… knowing that disaster was coming next.
