I may be dating myself a bit but dropping Irwin Allen’s name but when I was growing up, Allen was the disaster king. Well, this book follows in that same pattern. It was a disaster book with non-stop action and a little levity thrown in for good measure. I loved it.
You were never quite sure how many and who would survive to the end (which, let’s face it, s the fun of the genre.) I loved it.
The narration mimicked the ebb and flow of the action and kept me engaged until the very end. Great listen!!
