Someone else mentioned a Samurai Jack reference. It’s there but what I was more surprised by was the Hellsing Ultimate Abridged reference. You’ll know it when you hear it. I don’t know which author put that little gem in there but I love you both for it.

If you haven’t started from the beginning of the series, do that or you’ll probably just be lost with how the magic system works.
