This read just like the first book. More foreshadowing at every turn. I’m guessing that’s this authors writing style, and I’m not a fan of it at all. I almost expected to hear the cliche “dun-dun-DUN” whenever a cliffhanger was at the end of a chapter. Sigh, not interesting enough to make me want to purchase book 3.
