Federal judges are supposed to be fair and impartial so having no scandals or skeletons in his closet should be a plus, except it was a really deep closet and Tom had lived behind it’s closed doors for over 25 years in fear and shame that seemed to have rusted the hinges. Federal Marshals were considered the cowboys of law enforcement and these days no one really seemed to care that Mike was out and proud because he was very good at his job, especially protective detail. He really enjoyed protecting Judge Tom Brewer because the man was brilliant, extremely fair in the courtroom and also on the eyes. How could these two polar opposites ever be in the same orbit? When a sniper targets the Russian president during a pride rally they find themselves embroiled in a very tangled web with too many secrets and lies. What is the truth and how will it affect the two nicest guys in the DC court? Intrigue, suspense and a slow sizzle make this masterpiece.
