This is my first experience with this author and after listening to this, I will definitely be looking for more. This was a well-crafted story and was definitely giving off Jane Austen vibes as Anne is persuaded to break it off with her summer love Christopher. I always love a good Jane Austen modern retelling and this one really fits the bill. The narrator also did a really nice job of differentiating each character and giving them their own personality. A really well-written and well narrated story and I’m glad to have had the chance to listen to it.
