I’m a little disappoint honestly.

Not with the writing quality or story itself, but with the length.

9 hours is less than half the first book. That in itself would be a deal breaker, but an hour a half of time is dedicated to four back-to-back subchapters that do nothing besides list out a bunch of cards. As well as a small bit of perspective in the beginning.

Take that out and it’s more like 7 and 1/2 hours. 8 hours is usually my cut off for what I’m willing to spend a credit on.

No matter how good the book is.

Also the ending, while I won’t say anything about it, how it ended made it feel like half a book already. Especially compared to how the first book flowed.

All and all, it feels like I bought a half finished book.
