The book tries so hard to be medical, but ends up coming off more of a series of humble brags. When citing medical evidence it sways between RCTs or big studies to random anecdotal quotes/advice from people. In the end of you have a basic science knowledge in exercise physiology, this book will add nothing. additionally the narrator reads everything with such a ditsy upward inflection that it is hard to take seriously. 1/10. don’t waste your credits or money on this.
