I guess this book series just isn’t what I thought it would be. There was such world building in the 1st one I thought a lot more would happen in book 2. it just focused on the mantis girls who had no character growth or significance in the story. it was entertaining though. The only time I genuinely enjoyed it was when Harold was interacting. Jeff Hayes absolutely did NOT get enough time. Narrorator for Harold cracks me up though. Mans voice is like chocolate. Think I’m tapping out for this series though.
