I suppose that this book was just a little too much “Gary” for my system. I mildly enjoyed all of the “Supervillainy” series. They are light, relaxing, shut-your-brain-off listening. I think that for me, this was just one book too far. Gary’s antics just don’t do anything for me anymore. The sexist, whiny, sometimes overbearingly unbelievable, b@dass-rebel nature of his personality just really got stale. That being said, the story is consistent with all previous entries into the series…good narration, OK story…brainless entertainment.
