The stories aren’t terrible, but there are a lot of continuity gaps for which the author throws in lazy explainers later in the stories. Also, all the posturing the guys do gets kind of silly. They’re acting like HS/college aged boys. Some aspects (like Granny) are moderately entertaining, but the overall writing is somewhat pedestrian.
Jeffrey Kafer did a decent job with the narration.
