I LOVED this book on Audio! I mean, I knew about it but never thought about getting it before, when I had the chance to review it and the sequel narrated by the amazing Joel Leslie I jumped on it.
#1 why I love this book: Joel Leslie- his voice is fantastic, he is a true actor and brings every piece of the book to life! i read a book narrated by him before but this was the best yet! he is great with accents and has a pleasant smooth voice filled with sex.
#2 reason i love this book: As an avid fantasy and supernatural reader, I look for book that have logic and good world planning in them, as well as great story or characters. This book is the total package, the story is interesting, thrilling and exiting, the technical parts of the magic are very good, believable, and you can clearly see the author put a lot of thought into them.
#3 reason for loving this book: The characters had heart, backbone and guts- especially Angel! I mean he is just a badass Necromancer and knows his stuff, I like that about him. He is not learning how to fight or defend himself but uses his knowledge to save innocent people in his city.
