I have a dog now, Chloe. I’ve had a dog since childhood and we had dogs throughout the past 2 or 3 decades while raising our kids. Dogs are important to our family, heck they are our family. Finally someone figured out how to make a dog one of the main characters in a book.
The story was quaint but not sappy. Suspenseful but not too violent. I was so glad that there was a book 2 to listen to after I finished this one.
