Joker is book 8 in the Hell’s Ankhor series. I love this beautifully written emotional story, have tissues handy you may need them. This story got me teary more than once. I love this series but this book might be my favorite. Joker has been through A Lot in his life and most of it alone with no one to listen to or really care for him. I don’t think he’s ever felt good enough. Brennan and his company are doing the renovations to the clubhouse and Joker has been asked to carve a sign. Brennan offers Joker the use of his workshop and the two of them start spending time together. I love Joker and Brennan together. I love watching them grow and learn together about trust, self acceptance, and the true love of family. There are so many good qualities about Joker, and I love how he is finally able to share himself with his club brothers and Brennan. Definitely recommend this book and series.
Narrator David Allen Vargo does a marvelous job. His voice is perfect for this book.
