But still not a fan of the dual narration. Can the narrators at least try to give the same character the same accent? If a character has lived the vast majority of their life since childhood in the US, they probably don’t have a heavily non-American accent. Come to agreement on if he does or not, and whether that accent is Asian (can’t tell which country it was supposed to be), or British… and then don’t make the accent sometimes non-existent. And his family immigrated from Russia, so why does he have an Asian or British accent? Both narrators were good, individually, but the inconsistencies in accent and the dual narration in general pulled me out of the story and made it hard to follow.
