I love this whole series, but not a fan of Ariel and Carmen’s characters. I realize they are damaged and have issues but they are kind of too hard. I like how S E Smith is telling the story from each of the first 5 female’s points of view. However, it gets old. Makes me skip some parts and then have to go back because I missed something. I am looking forward to reading books six and seven but have to get through the 5th one first.
I also like how this series is intertwined with a couple of the other series by S E Smith. I love her mind and how she has created this whole universe. I only wish that Ariel and Carmen’s characters used a little bit of common sense. They are both intelligent and resourceful but cannot understand that things are different because they are on a different planet. It doesn’t fit. Other than that, I love this series.
