Interesting premise and good execution filled with action and suspense. Despite doing my initial read of this book with no prior exposure to the previous books I was pulled in and easily able to follow it. The story pulled me in and kept me interested, often on the edge of my seat. Relevant details from previous books were sprinkled in so it was as if I hadn’t missed anything in the previous books. The rising action/climax was wonderful leaving me hanging onto every word. The concept that each person’s inner mind creates a world unique to them was interesting and well executed. Morgan was a relatable and well fleshed out character with great growth throughout the story. Great prose and descriptions, the story flows wonderfully. I thoroughly enjoyed this story and cant wait to get my hands on more from this series. The narrator was great. Good vocal range and audio quality. Decent vocal range.
