In this book we follow Fin and his crew to the planet Rueal. A planet that is undergoing a major rebuilding and rebirth. On this planet Fin finds his mate, Adrien, the leader of a smuggling operation to save slaves from the ruling class. Their attraction is instantaneous and the sex is even hotter( who knew a tails would be sexy ). While they are finding out about each other Fin , Adrien and their respective crews along with the Lord Admiral go thru the carious systems freeing slaves(missing Vextonians).
This book has taught Adrian how to love and let go of the past. It taught Fin that having a mate does not mean giving up one family for another.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who loves this series.
What can I say between Conner Brown’s narration nd the wonderful crafted story C.W. has written this is I think is my favorite book of this series.
