It was the only Alice Winters book I didn’t listen to until very recently… so without preamble here we go…

Narrator score? ; owww joel , joel, joel … when i heard the first book I said to myself (because me and self love to fan girl over him) that he can be an amazing horror narrator … and i was horrified, because he is our mm narrator and he can’t leave us… and i still say it… but please don’t leave us… we need you in the mm audible section. But really I loved his preference so much.
Level of steam?: well…. i don’t even… something that Alice winters does best is to write happy s**. Like really… and in here the level of steam is absalutly perfect… we had a lovely hot as hell moments with a lot of humor .. because s** should be funny in books because it is in real life.
Level of anxiety and sadness0??: well its alice winters and it should be all laughter and giggles and it is… it really is lighter than the first book. We have a lot of Cenica humor in here… and a lot of Shevi’s dry humor in here , but we do have a pain and real pain with memory’s and fears and loss.. and something that only alice can bring to life.
The book itself?: well it is the second book in a series. And no you can’t read the second book and enjoy it as you should without the first one.
Alice created this wonderful fantasy world…
She has so many deep sentences in the book about diversity… and we see how cruel we people are. And can be…
She leaves us with a very good and tasteful book with humor good solid fantasy in the real world… and a lit to think about.. i think that she is becoming very fast (she already did actually) one of my all times favorite authors.
