So let me start by saying in the end it’s worth it to finish this book. Twinborn has a good premise and complex story arc that I’d imagine has aspects most will love. I’m happy that I was patient enough to find out for myself because the almost Dora the explorer writing and sound effects insulted my intelligence as a reader. (not that I’m all that smart to begin with) As the books progress the writing gets a lot better so just bear with it. I almost asked for my money back. I’m really glad I didn’t though, because I will be checking out more from this author.
