LitRPG done in a fun and interesting way

Wreck it Ralph done as an MMOLITRPG? Kind of how it feels as it rolls off. Told from an NPC’s point of view.

I honestly didn’t know if/how it would work going in. But based on the thought I had to give it a swing. Ended up happy I did, since this ended up being a fun and interesting story. Narration was excellently done with a great tone.

Maddie made fro a great MC. Self aware at first but barely so and learning more about hew NPC status as the story goes on. Reading how the NPCs don’t like players “Visitors” would sound about right. Especially if they ever came across me in Skyrim!

I also enjoyed the additional aspect of the inclusion of a developer as part of the story. Certainly a different kind of addition.

I enjoyed how Maddie evolved and struggled against her code.

A great and different approach to a LitRPG and I will follow the series.
