I’ve read a lot of adventure stories. I’ve read a lot of fantasy books,. ive watched a lot of fantasy movies (not THOSE ONES, sicko). but this book casually takes all 3 genres, slams them up against a wall, pours a bottle of DnD flavored vinegar on them, and then curb stomps the genres until they homogenize into the most… unusual story I have listened to in a VERY long time. 5/5 stars because I never knew what the he’ll was coming up next!
