I enjoyed the first volume in this series about an aspiring super villain. It was light and fun and the production quality was great. The voice acting in the audible book was enjoyable and worked well with the story. Plenty of humorous moments and quirky characters. I appreciate a humorous fun story that doesn’t take itself too seriously and that is exactly what this is. I found it easy to listen to while working. Sometimes books that are too heavy just won’t work for me while I am working or doing chores. This one was a perfect little mental escape from the drudgery of chores, work, etc.
I recommend it for comic fans, superhero fans, fans of humor, and anyone wanting something light and fun to listen to. I will definitely be continuing the story with the next in the series.
