One of the other reviewers said that this book was an inferior of another book that has sold hundreds of thousands of copies and has a movie named after it, yet they didn’t even get the name of said other book correct. This book is like that book in that it has a male main character, and they are both involved in a game world. Pretty much end of comparison. If you want to compare it to other books, fine, try some LitRPG books. Any way enough of that. I’m pretty new to LitRPG and this has ranked up there with my favorites of the ones I have listened to so far. Gary Bennett does an excellent job with the narration and various voices. Good story line and good character growth, and I’m not talking about level progression. Can’t wait for more books in this series/world. Thank you Justin Monroe.
