Set in the 1930’s it’s the tale of a dinner party gone bad. Apparently I don’t read enough historical pieces as to me this one didn’t seem to stay in one era. I didn’t really care for the story as it seemed to portray most of the characters as too stupid to catch on to a ruse.
I was provided an audio version of this book in exchange for an honest review. The narration was good. The narrator did a good job with what she had to work with.
Based on this book I would not read others by this author.
