The story is ok but hard to believe. The is a lot of hate for the government and a very unbelievable set of circumstances. This book stems on no gas for transportation and it was the local government that stopped the gas from coming in. It is also the local government that wants all nonlocal people out of there state. I understand that full is limited in this book but i do believe that much of this books problems could be avoided be keeping the full flowing, to witch i believe both Federal and state governments would have kept flowing. I got this book on sale otherwise I would never have listened to it. I do see how this scenario could play out. But i do believe that it would be handled much more effectively but our government. I am as conservative as can be but i do fell that the government could and would have handled the case much better than the author portrays it. I do believe this book may have been better if Kevin Pierce had not narrated it. His voice is to old and vocalizes no emotion or character difference. Kevin Pierce just needs to stop messing up these kinds of books. he is the reason i don’t listen to most of these kinds of books. i do like apocalypse style books and find them very entertaining, just not when they are narrated by Kevin Pierce.
