Not only is the author a genius but the narrator is spectacular. Not a boring moment to be found. I found myself loving this series more than Firefly honestly. I didn’t know that was possible. Every character has personality, i found myself invested in every crewman (and crew woman). Magic and scifi blending so well. Things rarely play out as planned. Everything i want, and some i didnt know i needed, out of a ragtag group of misfits living just outside the law. I bought this set because of an ad i saw and thought maybe it could fill that Scifi hole i felt after Firefly, Dark Matter and now Killjoys ending. It went above and beyond. i can’t wait to check out the next books in the series. Thank you J.S. Morin, you rock!
