Considering the first 8 books are currently free with Audible, you can’t go wrong. Action packed and fun. This is like an ongoing superhero origin story where the characters are continually developing their skills in each book. Or like leveling up a dungeon crawl character without bogging down in item stats.
The narrator does a great job even though sometimes he reminds me of Casey Kasem. Book 9 comes out tomorrow and I can’t wait!
