To be completely honest, I wasn’t really a fan of book one, but I decided to slog through it. By the end, I was enamored of the series. Book two was even better, and book three was the best so far. I love this series. It is filled with both beautiful and horrible moments in which the true plight of humanity is realized. There is a particular scene within this book that just makes the heart clench with emotional sorrow for what the characters have to endure through. Seriously, give this book a read if you haven’t already. And of course, the guys down at sound booth Theatre do an amazing job.
