I laughed.. a lot, I got teary eyed, I went through a range of emotions during this book. Just amazing. The struggle, the joy, the sadness, the unwillingness to give up even when it seems easier. The chemistry and love between Carl and Donut is a beautiful thing. Can’t wait to see what’s in the next book which I am about to start. I started from the first book and enjoyed going through the whole series. There are other series I enjoyed and found when I start from the beginning, I do a lot of skipping. Not once have I done it with DDC. That says it all.
