I know loads of people say that they don’t usually leave a review, but I’ve probably only left 3-5 reviews over the years. This one warrants a glowing one.
I’m one of those who enjoys listening as I work, typically when I’m working on a drawing or jewelry. I need something engaging enough that I’m actively listening and following the plot lines. This omnibus was just that. I love this genre, but it can get a bit repetitive. I found this story original enough to stand out, and I consume a LOT of titles in the genre, so that’s saying something. The characters were compelling, and I found myself rooting for the main character time and time again. I just really enjoyed it.
