Absolutely brilliant story. The story is enthralling and the performance is spectacular, I could not put this down. Robinson is my new favorite author. Most of the bad reviews are from people who are offended by any religious undertone and automatically hate anything that refers to God in any way. This is not a religious book, but Jeremy is not afraid to explore the idea that the world is a simulation controlled by an architect who is similar to God because he manipulates reality. This is such a brilliant idea. I’m going to read all of his other books now because I enjoyed this one more than I have enjoyed any book in a long time.
