I don’t usually leave words I just give the stars and move on the author specify put at the end that he would like a review so here I go

overall it was good, a great new take on litrpg. the characters you were supposed to like, you liked, and the ones you didn’t, you didn’t; without telling us “like him”. the author does a good job of making the mc a normal guy that doesn’t have a lot of gaming knowledge and then gives him support. there were just some small things that bothered me

.*****may contain spoilers*****

1) there is way too much crying in the beginning. conceal don’t feel man! thank god they did not go into detail about it. it was just a “he cried”

2) the mc says multiple times he is not using his skills correctly but does not do anything to change that. and while we are talking about skills, why are there so many guns! I get it humans like guns but you can use magic. if you want a high-powered projectile imbue your arrows with magic.

3) the end was annoying the mc has PTSD and is in severe denial. which is fine heal man but I spent the whole book waiting to find out what is going on, cause you won’t let anyone tell us and then it just ends. I still don’t know. TBH I am ok if he doesn’t want to tell us about his family … I keep hoping maybe they are still alive but I want to know what the system said.

4) FIND A BLACKSMITH I know he is trying and needs a weapon but you can’t tell me leather skin is helping, on the body of someone who is no longer “human” If coveralls are going to be his thing I would have rather he found someone with the blacksmith class, and built a relationship and then ask him to make new coveralls out of the rat skin and a proper spear. I know it didn’t happen but I am surprised the ice spear did not explode.

5)the rabbit is clearly a tamable animal why are you not making nice with it !

ok, I’m done picking. it’s a good start I hope the next one comes out soon.
