It’s good. However, this book is a little different than the others. It definitely strays from the plot lines that he’s developed in the last two books. Michaels basically alone for the first half of the book and it got a little repetitive.

That being said*….I think Michael grows tremendously in this book. His levels skyrocket and I think that’s important when he’ll have to face strong foes in the future. Also there are some important things fleshed out that are related to the void and how it interacts with the Game world.

I was just disappointed because of how things were built up in the last couple books and then this one just doesn’t resolve or mention any of the other characters. I think there are good and important points developed for the overall story in this book. But I was yearning for a reunion with the other characters.
