I liked the book. Is it perfect? No. Grandma’s voice really creeped me out. I think we could have done without her separate voice but the letters were an interesting change from other books like this. I hated some of the pet names and how quickly some characters were overly familiar with each other but I thought the story itself was good. I was invested and interested in seeing how it would end. Now I want to read the next one and see what happened to those characters.
